Do I need to keep cleaning supplies ready?
Yes, please keep your broom, mop, bucket and cleaning liquids ready. Didi brings her gloves.
How do I pay?
By UPI when you book: scan the QR within 5 minutes to confirm your slot. If she stays longer, the extra time is paid after the job at the same rate.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot, or within 10 minutes of booking. We refund to your UPI within 24 hours.
Will the same didi come every time?
Mostly, yes. If she's unwell we'll tell you before the visit if someone else is coming, and you can cancel for free.
Is she safe to let into my home?
Every UrbanSafai didi is ID-checked and registered with your society's security. You'll see her name on your booking once it's confirmed.
